Henry’s firsthand route leaves Graves Creek Road on an old trace heading north, then follows a drainage northwest toward Graves Creek and Forever Falls. He describes moving upstream along the bluff to a break for reaching creek level. Another firsthand report corroborates the steep Graves Canyon descent, but neither establishes current road conditions.
