Forest trail with small creek crossings, including a rocky crossing that is harder in spring high water. Part of the route is in an area burned by wildfire. Logs can be trapped in the falls.

Siouxon Falls is a short falls where Siouxon Creek flumes about 28 to 30 feet through a narrow rock cleft into a large blue pool, in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The road to the old trailhead is closed, so the hike starts at the Siouxon Trailhead about 3 miles farther back. From the parking area, walk down the road past the vehicle barrier about 125 yards to the trail on the left. Stay right at the Huffman Peak Trail junction, keep left at the connector from the closed old trailhead, cross the West Creek footbridge, pass the Horseshoe Ridge Trail junction and cross Horseshoe Creek on a footbridge. Continue past campsites to the old bench at the Siouxon Falls viewpoint. Return the same way, or continue upstream to more waterfalls.
