Take US 2 west into Wisconsin. About 0.6 mile past Highway 51, turn right at the sign for the falls and follow the gravel road to the trailhead parking area. A 0.3-mile trail leads to a viewing platform above the falls on the Montreal River, which forms the Michigan and Wisconsin line.
