Victor Falls is a 68-foot curtain of water on Fennel Creek within the city limits of Bonney Lake. From Highway 410 in Bonney Lake, turn south on Sky Island Drive E and follow it 1.6 miles to Rhodes Lake Road. Turn left and go about 3/4 mile to a large parking area lined with a wooden fence on the right, next to a house. A park sign may or may not be present. Trails lead from the parking area to a fenced viewpoint above the falls. The sources do not say who manages the viewpoint, and a local newspaper says much of Fennel Creek is reached mainly through private land.
