Grant Purcell Falls (also called Purcell Falls) is a series of small slides and cascades where Purcell Creek drops toward the Cowlitz River, inside La Wis Wis Campground in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The Purcell Falls Trail (No. 162A) starts halfway through the C loop of the campground and reaches the falls in about a quarter mile. Return the same way. The slopes above the falls are steep, trees often fall into the gorge, and fallen logs can block parts of the view. The trail itself can be damaged by fallen trees.
