Singer Falls is a stepped falls of concrete and local stone built by a Works Progress Administration project, dropping over the bluff in Oregon City. From the McLoughlin House and City Hall on the upper level, walk through the short road tunnel under Singer Hill Road to the McLoughlin Promenade. The trail and steps follow the right side of the falls down to the base of the Oregon City Elevator, where a tunnel under the railroad tracks leads to 7th Street.
