Saratoga Falls was a set of Hudson River rapids north of Schuylerville. A timber dam was built at the falls in 1822 and replaced in stone in 1869; today the Northumberland Dam stands at the site. Saratoga Falls Park, a small park on Route 4N, overlooks the dam, where excess water spills over and continues down the natural river course. The original falls are no longer visible as natural rapids. No source describes parking or paths at the park.
