Palmer Falls is a falls of about 70 feet on the Hudson River below a hydro dam. It faces north and is seen from the east side of the river. From the Call Street lot, follow the dirt trail south past the barrier, through an open area under power lines, and keep left at the fork to the overlook. The view of the dam and falls is distant. Return the same way. The trail and land belong to the hydro operator.
