From the park lot at 462 Kent Cornwall Road (Route 7), take the paved path through the covered bridge and picnic area to the base of the falls. The stone-stair Steps Trail climbs about 0.25 mile beside the cascades with viewing platforms. Return the same way, or cross the brook to the red-blazed trail.

Park lot at 462 Kent Cornwall Road, Kent, CT 06757. Free for Connecticut-registered vehicles. Out-of-state vehicles pay $15 on weekends and holidays and $10 on weekdays, per CT DEEP.

Timing & water

Open daily 8:00 a.m. to sunset. Flow is heaviest in spring snowmelt and after summer rain, per CT DEEP.
