Plan your visit

From the small roadside clearing on CR 299, use the informal path at the back-right of the clearing. Rick Henry describes following the bluff rim briefly to the right, then descending to the falls. Return the same way; this is not a marked AGFC nature trail.

Firsthand sources describe only a few yards from parking and a short bluff descent. No measured one-way or return distance is supplied.

Where to start

Henry identifies a small clearing on the left 0.6 mile along CR 299 from CR 1425, at 36.256421, -93.657374. The Detour Effect’s account, updated November 2025, reports successfully using his parking coordinates. Current road condition is unverified.
