Lonesome Hollow Falls

From the bermed old road off Taylor Ridge Road, walk downhill along the trace. At the bluff break turn right below the bluff, then follow its base right to the falls. Return the same way.

Rick Henry’s February 2014 account explicitly reports 1.1 miles round trip. The December 2022 account corroborates the approach, without a new distance.

December 2022 visitor parked at 35.80648, -93.15767 on Taylor Ridge Road 427, reached behind Cowell Cemetery from Highway 7. Stay left at the fork to the bermed old road. Current authorization unknown.
