Twin Falls is the tallest waterfall in Rock Island State Park, where water from the Collins River flows out of limestone bluffs into the Caney Fork River. The park says to view it from the Twin Falls Overlook at the end of Powerhouse Road, which has parking, benches, a kiosk and an observation area. There is no trail access to the falls, and swimming or wading around or downstream of Twin Falls is not permitted.
