From the Signal Point parking area, follow the paved path to the overlook, then follow the rock wall to the right past the split rail fence and through a chain-link fence to the start of the trail. The trail drops down a series of ramps and staircases into Middle Creek Gorge and reaches the Julia Falls Overlook at Mile 0.4. With enough rain, the falls are visible straight ahead across the gorge. Return the same way.
