Hole-in-the-Wall Falls is a 95-foot waterfall that pours from a tunnel highway crews drilled in 1938 to divert Warren Creek. From the Starvation Creek Trailhead, walk west beside the freeway on the paved Historic Columbia River Highway State Trail, past Cabin Creek Falls, to the junction with the Mount Defiance Trail. Turn right on the paved trail into a circular picnic area; the falls can be seen from the picnic circle, and a footbridge crosses Warren Creek below them. Return the same way.
