Park on FS 475B (Headwaters Road) just before the bridge. Walk the gated FS 5032 across the road. Ten yards before a sharp right 180-degree turn (under 0.5 mile from the gate), take the obvious path on the left along an old logging grade; go right at the split. At 0.15 mile, about 50 feet before a creek crossing, take the side path on the right that climbs steeply a little under 0.2 mile to the base of the falls.
