Upper Falls is an 8-foot curtain cascade on the Raquette River, the third of three falls along the trail from Coreys Road. Northern New York Waterfalls says to follow the trail from the back of the Coreys Road parking lot behind the registration kiosk to Raquette Falls, then continue about 1/2 mile along the river through near-continuous rapids. The last few hundred feet are rougher, with ups and downs over rocks, and reaching river level at the falls is a scramble.
