Beaver Meadow Falls is a 60-foot waterfall in three drops on a small tributary of the East Branch Ausable River, inside the Adirondack Mountain Reserve (AMR). Access is through a conservation easement on private land. From the AMR parking lot, follow the dirt road to the paved road. Just before the main clubhouse, turn left between two tennis courts on Lake Road Way to the AMR gate, where the rules are posted. Walk the Lake Road for nearly 2 miles to a sign on the right for Gothics and Beaver Meadow Falls. The trail leads through forest to a bridge over the Ausable River; the falls are just over the bridge. Return the same way.
