Snake Pit Falls is one of the three main falls on the Amnicon River in Amnicon Falls State Park, with Upper and Lower Amnicon Falls. The DNR says the most popular way to see the falls is the 0.25-mile trail on the island, which views all three main falls and smaller falls and pools. The park also has a covered foot bridge with views of the falls. The DNR names a covered bridge parking lot but does not describe the walk from the lot to the island trail.
