Mystic Falls is a small seasonal waterfall that drops over a basalt cliff into a ravine and grotto in Indian Canyon Park, in the Palisades Park area on Spokane's west side. The Spokesman-Review says to park in the trailhead lot at 4812 W. Canyon Drive, walk to the short loop trail and follow the sound of rushing water to the top of the falls. Shrubs screen the view from above; a few side trails lead steeply down to the base. A walking blog also mentions parking at the Palisades parking lot or at a pull-out at Indian Canyon Drive and Assembly. Return the same way.
