The firsthand Northwest Waterfall Survey identifies Lower Foss River Falls as the lower multi-tier waterfall on West Fork Foss River between Delta and Trout lakes. It says the waterfalls are difficult to see and withholds directions where developed or sanctioned access is absent. WTA’s maintained Foss Lakes route does not identify this specific waterfall as a reachable viewpoint.
