This listing is the waterfall on Otter Creek in Proctor known as Proctor Falls or Sutherland Falls. A hydroelectric station diverts most of the creek, so the falls are often low and are fullest at high water or after dam releases. From VT 3, turn onto Patch Street, then take a dirt road that runs beside a fenced water treatment facility to a parking area with a view of the falls on the left. New England Waterfalls says the site is private property at the Proctor Hydro Station but that the public is currently welcome to view the falls.
