From Clemson, take SC 133 to Old Six Mile Road, then turn right onto Issaqueena Lake Road, the forest entry, and drive 2 miles to the Wildcat Creek Picnic Area. Cross the footbridge over Wildcat Creek and follow the path about 80 feet past the outhouses to a dirt and gravel service road. Walk down the road about 0.3 mile; the falls are on the left. A visitor account says a sign on the left points to the waterfall. Return the same way.
