Fall Creek Falls drops into a cove of Lake Keowee and is seen from the water. A paddler's account launches at the southern of the two Fall Creek ramps, which sit on either side of a peninsula, and paddles south to the Fall Creek cove. The falls are around a corner to the left inside the cove, with rocky banks and a large sandy shallow area for wading. The ridges around the cove are lined with private homes, so stay on the water. The cove is very popular with boaters in summer, especially on weekends. No walking route is described.
