- Strenuous: over 600 feet of gain on an old forest road with rocky, slippery sections and a small wet stream crossing.
Laquin Falls is a 15-foot falls on Falls Creek in State Game Lands 36, named for the former lumber town of Laquin. The Bradford Falls Trail starts 150 yards west of the parking lot, where an old unblazed forest road leaves Schrader Creek Road. Follow the forest road steadily uphill. Side paths lead down to 70-foot Bradford Falls and 30-foot Barclay Falls. Continue up the forest road to a low stone wall across the road, which marks the top of the trail. Laquin Falls is to the right; an old mine shaft used as a bat habitat is to the left. Do not enter the cave. Return down the forest road.
