Ground & access
Faint path, steep scrambles and creek walking. Waterfall Hero rates it difficult, especially in high water, and not dog friendly.

From the picnic area at the small parking area, a path goes up over the train tracks and down to the yellow-blazed Bartram Trail. Go straight across it onto a faint path that follows Ledbetter Creek upstream past cascades. A steep scramble path gets around the first cascades, then you return to the creek. Inside Passage Falls is at about 0.3 miles. Going farther upstream means climbing through the rock passage, which Waterfall Hero could not do in high water. Return the same way.
