UVLT says the trails pass Smith Pond, Shaker-era dams and canals, and two waterfalls. From the Smith Pond Road parking, the trail is about 1.3 miles of fairly flat walking to the pond; from Route 4A the trail climbs about 2.5 miles. A full loop up to the pond and back passes both waterfalls. Trails are blazed light blue. The sources do not say exactly where on the trail the falls are.
