This is a restored artificial stone waterfall in Phalen Regional Park, St. Paul. Water is pumped from Lake Phalen to the top and flows back into the lake. It sits on the paved trail around the lake, on the west shore about 400 feet south of the boat launch. It can be reached from Phalen Drive.
