The small creek falls into the Mississippi River just below the Franklin Avenue Bridge in Minneapolis. You can look down from the railing along East River Parkway or from the path below. Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine says to go down the staircase near the bridge, or to park at East River Flats Park, walk toward the University boathouse, and follow the trail along the river. The falls are now a small, dammed trickle and can be dry.
