From Old Mill Park off Mill Street, the path slopes down to the old Roswell Mill machine shop. Follow the gravel path past the machine shop and upstream past mill ruins to the Vickery Creek dam waterfall, a spillway falls from a historic mill dam. View it from the wooden platform; the city restricts water access on this side, so stay on the trail. The covered bridge nearby connects to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area trails, which also have a bluff view of the falls.
