This point is the upper falls of the seasonal Gorge Cascade in Sleeping Giant State Park, a 6-foot horsetail in a small gorge. From the parking area, follow the red-circle-blazed Gorge Cascade Trail with the brook on your left. At 0.3 mile the lower falls can be seen only from the rim of the ravine. Keep climbing; the upper falls are on your left, a little farther than you expect. Return the same way.
