Use the large parking lot near the Chapel for the nearby upper view of Noccalula Falls. For a separate descent into the gorge, the park identifies the marked Gorge Trail on the paid-admission side as the easier approach; the campground-side descent is steeper.

The official FAQ locates the falls near the large Chapel parking lot but provides no walking distance. The 1.7-mile Black Creek Trail is a different outing.

The official park FAQ explicitly places the waterfall near the large parking lot by the Chapel. Park address: 1500 Noccalula Road, Gadsden; the campground has a different address.
Timing & water
Water flow depends on rainfall, ground saturation and season and is not controlled by the park. The published ordinary paid-park season is February through October; event schedules differ.
