Yacolt Falls is a two-step falls of about 25 feet on Yacolt Creek, about a quarter mile above its meeting with the East Fork Lewis River, in the northern part of Clark County's Moulton Falls Regional Park. The creek drops about 15 feet over a broad ledge, then 6 to 7 feet beneath a rotating swinging footbridge. From Battle Ground, take SR 503 north 5 1/2 miles to NE Lucia Falls Road and turn right. About 8 2/3 miles from Highway 503, watch for concrete pillars, picnic tables and a large pullout on the left, directly across from Sunset Falls Road. A flight of stairs leads to the bridge, and a trail continues downstream to Moulton Falls on the East Fork. Return the same way.
