Imodium Falls is a nickname for Little Possum Creek Falls on the Cumberland Trail in Justin P. Wilson Cumberland Trail State Park. From the kiosk at Heiss Mountain Road, the trail descends through the Blanchard Creek gorge, crosses Big Possum Creek on a bridge, climbs over Hughes Ridge near Perkins Point and descends into the Little Possum Creek gorge. At Mile 5.1, descend a rock staircase to the falls. A short, very steep side trail leads about 100 feet to the base; the trail conference asks hikers not to try any other route to the bottom. Return the same way.
