Heritage Falls, also called Slickum Falls, is Slickum Creek sliding down a steep granite outcrop in the Eva Russell Chandler Heritage Preserve, managed by the SC Department of Natural Resources. From the gate by the preserve sign, follow the dirt path a short way and turn left at the wooden steps. The path passes an old homesite and comes out on the open rock, where Slickum Creek spills down the rock face and there are wide views to the southeast. The loop continues beside the creek back to Persimmon Ridge Road. The trail does not go to the base of the falls.
