Blue Wall Preserve is a Nature Conservancy preserve west of Landrum, open to the public in daylight hours. Park at the Pennell Road parking area and walk down the paved road past the gate; it turns to gravel near the bridge over Vaughn Creek. Follow the Palmetto Trail (Blue Wall Passage) about 1 mile, then take the 0.7-mile Waterfall Trail around the north side of the pond for a view of a waterfall. It rejoins the Palmetto Trail at the south end of the pond; return to the parking area. The preserve sources describe a waterfall on this loop but do not give its exact position, so the match to this listing is probable but not confirmed.
