Ground & access
Roadside on a narrow, winding mountain highway with blind corners. No protected pedestrian path is described. The climb down to the pool is a rough scramble.

Salto de Doña Juana (also called Chorro de Doña Juana) is a three-tiered falls of roughly 100 feet beside PR-149, the mountain road between Villalba and Ciales, in the Toro Negro State Forest area of Orocovis. The falls are at kilometer 41.5 and can be seen from the road bridge in front of them. A visitor account says the pool at the bottom is reached by climbing down beside the bridge on either side; that descent is not a built path. PR-149 is narrow and winding with blind corners, so take care stopping and walking at the roadside.
