Ozone Falls, a steep 60-foot cascade, is the second-tallest falls in Ricketts Glen State Park and is in Glen Leigh. From Beach Lot #2, follow the signed trail beside the cabin road, past a park gate, and go right at the first intersection to reach the Falls Trail at the top of Glen Leigh. Descend past Onondaga, F.L. Ricketts, Shawnee and Huron Falls to Ozone Falls. Return the same way, or make the 3.2-mile loop that DCNR describes from Lake Rose Trailhead using the Highland Trail and both glens.

Plan your visit

Beach Lot #2 to the top of Glen Leigh, then down the Glen Leigh side of the Falls Trail to Ozone Falls

DCNR says Beach Lot #2 is a 1-mile hike, about 20 minutes, to the closest waterfall, and lists the Glen Leigh side as 1.0 mile. No direct distance to Ozone Falls is given. DCNR also gives a 3.2-mile loop from Lake Rose that covers most of the falls.

Where to start
