East Branch Falls is a 25-foot waterfall cutting through solid rock on the East Branch of Mill Creek in Loyalsock State Forest, about 4 miles west of Hillsgrove. From Hillsgrove, take Mill Creek Road (dirt) west about 4 miles, turn right on Bear Wallow Road and immediately left on Walker Road, and drive 0.8 mile to an unmarked parking area on the stream side of the road. Walk down the hill to the top of the falls, then carefully follow the footpath downstream to the base. This partial guide relies on one visitor account; the parking area and path are unmarked.
