Sinclair Falls is a ten-foot cascade on the South Branch of the Grass River, one of eight well-known falls along Tooley Pond Road, on DEC state land open to the public. The north end of Tooley Pond Road is less than 1,000 feet from the junction of County Routes 17 and 27 in Degrasse; follow CR 27 northeast, turn right onto Tooley Pond Road, and drive about two miles to a parking area with a register. Rather than taking the direct path from the register, walk up the road to the Lake George Road junction, which is in sight; the trail starts a short way down Lake George Road, and the falls sign points that way. The falls are within sight of the road.
