Russell Brook Falls is a two-tier waterfall in the Delaware Wild Forest near Livingston Manor. From Route 206, take Morton Hill Road, bear left to stay on it, and drive 3.1 miles to Russell Brook Road on the left; then drive half a mile to the lower parking area. Walk down the road and turn right just past the kiosk (sign the register). Follow the wide woods road to the bridge over Russell Brook, cross it, and take the first path on the right. Follow the paths along the stream to a viewpoint over the falls. You can work down the bank to the stream bed for a head-on view, but the path is steep and slippery. On the way back, a path on the right climbs a short hill to a view of the upper falls.
