High Falls is a step cascade of about 30 feet on the Salmon River in Titusville Mountain State Forest, town of Bellmont. From Malone take Duane Street (CR 25) to Chasm Falls, turn left on CR 27 (Pond Road), follow it through Owls Head, then turn right on Barnesville Road at the Big Salmon River Public Fishing Stream sign. In about 3/4 mile a "Titusville Mt. State Forest ... High Falls" sign marks the trailhead. The trail is fairly well maintained and reaches the falls in about 0.75 miles.
