The upper falls of Little Wilson Stream is a 40-foot drop in a slate gorge, and the Appalachian Trail passes directly by it. From the trailhead near the lower falls, follow the blue-blazed access trail along the stream and up a couple of steep switchbacks. After about 0.8 mile, turn left on the white-blazed Appalachian Trail to the falls. Two short paths give views above and below the falls.
