This is Eagle Falls on Eagle Creek in Cumberland Falls State Resort Park. Kentucky Hiker says the trailhead is at the northwest corner of the parking area on westbound KY-90. Follow Trail 9 to the loop and turn left (west) to Eagle Creek Cascades, then take the spur down stone and metal stairs and turn downstream to Eagle Falls. Finish the loop back to the trailhead.
