From the roadside parking, walk down to the curve, go through the concrete barriers and follow a short rocky unofficial trail to behind the falls.

Where to start

Road Trip Ryan describes a wide shoulder just before a hairpin turn as Canyon Springs Road descends into the canyon. Visit South Idaho says there are a handful of designated spots on that road, and other parking below the falls near Canyon Springs Golf Course with a longer, steeper hike.

Timing & water

Road Trip Ryan lists any season. The falls flowed powerfully on its late-summer visit.
