Use the exact check-in and parking directions supplied with your booking. The operator FAQ says these locations vary by tour. Although the Kīpū Falls tour page lists headquarters at 230 Kipu Road, confirm that address and its parking instructions in your confirmation email; call the operator if unclear. Do not use old roadside access directions.
