Chippewa Falls is a waterfall of about 40 feet in Cortland County, reached by the orange-blazed Chippewa Falls Trail, a branch of the Finger Lakes Trail System in Cuyler Hill State Forest. The trail starts at Three Trails Junction, a trail register a few hundred feet north of where the Finger Lakes Trail and North Country Trail cross Stoney Brook Road. Follow the orange blazes 1.4 miles to the falls. Most views are from near the top of the falls; the land below is private and very steep. The trail once continued as the main Finger Lakes Trail, but a landowner withdrew permission and it now ends at the falls. Parking at Stoney Brook Road and the exact location of the falls are unknown.
