Artist Falls is a 15-foot chute on Kiskatom Brook under a covered wooden footbridge in Winter Clove, Round Top. NYFalls says it is on land owned by the Winter Clove Inn but open to the public. A Watershed Post article says the inn welcomes day hikers on its land if they ask permission at the front desk first. Park in the lot across Winter Clove Road from the resort swimming pool and walk to the footbridge. Whether the current owner still allows visits is not stated, so ask at the front desk.
