From the Turkey Foot day use parking, walk south to the upper campground loop and take the trail just left of campsite 15. Climb switchbacks to the Turkey Foot Loop Trail and turn right (south); the top of the cascade is 0.15 miles further. A user path about 50 to 60 yards back drops to the base of the cascade.
